I wish to create an Account to buy products online.
Click on Create an Account. You will be able to fill in your details and create a password of your choice to create an account. Your Profile is kept confidential on our secure website. We do not share any information with third-party organizations.
I already have an Account and wish to log in.
Type your email address and your password in the section Member login in the upper right corner of your screen, then click on GO.
I already have an Account but forgot my password.
Click on Create an Account. On the left side, you will be asked to type your e-mail address. You will be able to follow instructions to obtain your password.
I wish to change my Profile or modify my password.
Connect as usual and go to Create an Account. You will be offered the possibility to change your information.
I don't remember my e-mail address.
Create a new Account by clicking on Create an Account, then enter the e-mail address of your choice. If you need assistance, please contact us.
I don't understand the steps to follow in order to buy products online.
Create an Account by clicking on Create an Account. (If you already have an Account, please enter your email address and password in the Member login section and click on GO). Then, go to PRODUCTS & SERVICES and browse in the WOMEN or MEN sections. You will be able to select the products you wish to purchase by putting them in your Shopping Bag. Once you have completed your e-Shopping, make sure to go to My Shopping Bag, then click on Refresh my Shopping Bag in order to ensure that all your purchases appear in your Shopping Bag, then click on Checkout. You will be able to follow instructions to pay by credit card on our secure website. If you have questions or if you need assistance, please contact us.
Must I click on 'Checkout' or 'pay with PayPal' in order to confirm purchase of products?
You can use one or the other. Both are secure connections. The PayPal option is there for those who already have a PayPal usercode or wish to create one.
A window appears on my computer screen with a warning about secure and non-secure items. Can I continue my online purchase?
Yes. If this window appears, you will be asked to click on 'yes' or 'no' to your choice. Choose one or the other, click, and you will then see the SoU! page appear on your computer screen to complete your transaction.
The system signals an error when I try to enter my credit card number to purchase a product.
Our website is secured and it may be that your Billing Address is not the same as the one linked to your credit card number. Please verify that you have the right Billing Address, and double-check your credit card number and the expiry date.
